Datawasanalysed with theuseofstructuralequationmodellingandthe field dataset is madewidelyaccessibletoenablecriticaloramorecompre- hensiveinvestigation.The findings identified criticalattraction factors fortheretentionofsampled firms. Itwasrecommended that ICT firms willneedtoadoptconsistentrangeofstrategiesto attract andretainpeoplewiththerightICTskills,intherightplace and attherighttime.
